Maryland HQL. January 13th

Service Description

The Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) is required to purchase, rent or own a handgun in the state of Maryland. This is not a carry permit. My course includes the required 4 hours of training covering Maryland firearms laws, home firearm safety, handgun mechanisms and operation, and use of a handgun to be demonstrated through live fire. -No firearms should be brought to class. -We will have a Livescan Fingerprinting Technician on Site during the Course. -We go through the HQL application process!

Cancellation Policy

Purchase / Refund Policy If you register for a class (Firearms Training) and are guaranteed a seat, failure to attend will forfeit your Class Dues / Deposit. If there is a desire to reschedule and Three Seven Tactical has the availability, consideration will be given but not guaranteed due to class availability.
